The main rules Mini Lotto game are extremely simple, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be marked, one bet is selecting five from the group 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that the game is generally available for a wide group of players. You can send your ticket at any stationary point, which can be found in practically every city. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to choose "quick pick". With this solution all numbers are randomly selected by the registration machine. On one form you can indicate up to 100 bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of paid forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto you can use the additional Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number from the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed online and via the dedicated application Lotto installed on phones. Play in digital form has many advantages, you don't have to look for some point, because you can do everything anywhere, if only have internet access. An additional benefit of this type of play is the individual player account. On this account are recorded all bets, there are options to browse the earlier history, and withdrawals and deposits of funds. Very useful is the so-called subscription, which during its activity allows participation in the pool of subsequent games.

For the first years all draws of the Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. In 2014, in April they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2015 they are held every day. All players play to win something - so it is good to learning something more about it, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. As for this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions given by the regulations. The total prize pool is exactly half of the sum of bets paid by players, for this reason in each draw it may vary. If there are prizes in all categories, then for the only fives fifty percent of the prize pool is allocated, and for the threes and fours respectively 30% and 20%. When in the specific draw a five did not fall, then the fours receive 40% of the pool, and the threes the rest.
