The basic rules Mini Lotto game are clear and simple, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be typed, one bet is indicating five out of 42. There are three ways to place bets, which ensures that this game is generally available for a wide group of players. You can send your ticket at all stationary points, which can be found in every locality. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, and you can also decide to choose "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On one form you can indicate up to a maximum of ten single bets, there are no restrictions related to the total number of paid forms. Additionally when playing Mini Lotto you can use the additional Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number placed on the ticket. The Super Chance can be marked in the special place on the form.

Bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed on the Lotto.pl site and with the special application Lotto on smartphones. Play in digital form has many advantages, you don't have to look for a stationary point, because you can do everything anywhere, if only have access to the internet. An additional benefit of this type of solution is the individual player's account. On this account are recorded placed bets, there is an option to check the earlier history, and deposits and withdrawals of money. For example a system consisting of 6 numbers will translate into 7 simple bets, composed of 7 numbers will be 21 bets, and in the case of 12 numbers it is as many as 792. One bet for Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can even play up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet price is the same regardless of the method of its purchase - it doesn't matter if it is the Lotto.pl site, Lotto application or stationary outlet. It will not change due to hand marking numbers on the form or choosing the method "quick pick". Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option costs an additional 2 PLN. With system play the final fee depends on how many numbers will be marked. With 6 for the bet you will have to pay 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

In the initial period all draws Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as the standard draws Lotto, that is on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. In mid-April 2014 they were extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and since December 2, 2015 they are held every day. Everyone probably plays to win something - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions recorded in the regulations. The entire prize pool is half of the total amount of bets, for this reason in each draw it will probably be different. For the draw in which there are prizes in all categories, then for the fives fifty percent of the prize pool is allocated, for the fours 20% and the threes 30%. But if in the given draw a five was not drawn, then the fours will have 40% of the pool, and the threes the rest.
