The basic rules game in Mini Lotto are uncomplicated and simple, very similar to those known from Lotto. The main difference is the total number of numbers to be marked, one bet is marking five from the group 42. There are three methods to place bets, which ensures that the game will be available for a wide group of players. Tickets can be sent at stationary points, which can be found in practically every city. You can either mark your numbers yourself, and then they will be read and written on the ticket, you can also decide to bet "quick pick". In this case all numbers are randomly selected by the registration device. On one form indicate up to ten bets, there are no restrictions related to the number of forms. To increase the winnings when playing Mini Lotto you can use the so-called Super Chance, i.e. participating in an additional draw of a 7-digit number from the ticket. The Super Chance is marked in the dedicated place on the form.

All bets in Mini Lotto can also be placed online and with the application Lotto on smartphones. Play online and via the app has many advantages, you don't have to look for the nearest point, because you can do everything anywhere, if you have internet access. As for Mini Lotto with system play you can mark between six and twelve numbers, from general pool of 42. The probability of hitting increases significantly with each number marked, because the total number of individual bets, which result from all possible combinations. For example a system consisting of 6 numbers translates into 7 simple bets, consisting of 7 numbers will be 21 bets, and in the case of 12 numbers it is as many as 792. With system play the value of the prize is multiplied, because besides the one from hitting the most numbers an additional amount is added from the higher tiers.

The simplest bet for Mini Lotto costs only 1.5 PLN, and you can even play up to 400 thousand PLN. The bet costs are identical regardless of the method of its purchase - it doesn't matter if it is the online service, smartphone application or stationary point. It will not change due to marking numbers on the form by hand or the method random selection by machine. Expanding the ticket with the Super Chance option additionally costs 2 PLN. With system play the final cost depends on how many numbers will be marked. With 6 the bet costs 9 PLN, with 7 - 31.50 PLN, and for 12 - 1188 PLN.

During the first years all draws Mini Lotto were held exactly the same, as draws Lotto, that is every two days, from Tuesday to Saturday. Since mid-April 2014 they were extended to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and since December 2, 2015 they are held every day. People play to win - so it is worth learning something more on this subject, how the prizes look like in Mini Lotto. In this game the winnings are fives, fours, and threes, in proportions established by the regulations. The total prize pool is half of the sum of bets paid by players, therefore in each draw it may vary. If there are prizes in all categories, then for the fives 50% of the prize pool is allocated, and for the threes and fours respectively 30% and 20%. But if in the draw no five was drawn, then the fours receive 40% of the total pool, and the threes the rest. The highest win so far was in 2015, and was about 366 thousand PLN, in the past there have also been several winnings exceeding 300 thousand PLN.
